Your Privacy First

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 1, 2026. We prioritize simplicity and extreme privacy.

1. No Accounts, No Identifiers

Woff Space does not ask for or collect your email address, phone number, real name, physical address, or password. Our system is built to facilitate completely anonymous, instant file and note sharing.

2. Data Storage and Retention

When you write a note, make a text clip, or upload files within a space, they are stored securely inside our encrypted cloud server databases and object storage.

  • Temporary Spaces: Workspaces auto-expire and are permanently deleted from our servers after an extended period of inactivity.
  • Manual Deletion: Any user can clear notes, texts, or files instantly using our built-in delete controls. Once deleted, they are unrecoverable.

3. Cookies and Browser Data

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only strictly functional browser identifiers:

  • device_id cookie: Generated to group actions belonging to the same browser (so you can edit the notes you created in your space). This is purely anonymous and local.
  • Local Storage / Session Storage: Used to remember your interface preferences, such as system theme (dark/light mode).

4. Analytics Services

To understand traffic patterns and technical health, we use high-level, aggregate analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Speed Insights. These track general browser details, city-level locations, and page speed benchmarks. Your shared workspace contents and notes are never shared with or processed by these third-party trackers.
